Where can I find my downloads?
Anything you download can be found in the For You section.
Not downloading?
- Check that your device isn’t in sleep mode.
- Make sure there’s enough free space on the device’s memory (we recommend at least 1GB).
- Your device must have an active internet connection.
- You can only download to a maximum of 3 separate devices. If you download audiobooks on a 4th device, downloads are automatically removed from the device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time.
- You can only download a maximum of 20 audiobooks per device. If you see an error message saying that you have reached this limit, try deleting some of the existing downloads.
- You need Anyplay Plus to download audiobooks. Check your subscription status on your account page, under Your plan.
- Make sure your account's been online at least once within the last 30 days.
- Audiobooks and Podcasts aren’t available to download on desktop browser.
