Where can I find my downloads?

Anything you download can be found in the For You section.

Not downloading?

  • Check that your device isn’t in sleep mode.
  • Make sure there’s enough free space on the device’s memory (we recommend at least 1GB).
  • Your device must have an active internet connection.
  • You can only download to a maximum of 3 separate devices. If you download audiobooks on a 4th device, downloads are automatically removed from the device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time.
  • You can only download a maximum of 20 audiobooks per device. If you see an error message saying that you have reached this limit, try deleting some of the existing downloads.
  • You need Anyplay Plus to download audiobooks. Check your subscription status on your account page, under Your plan.
  • Make sure your account's been online at least once within the last 30 days.
  • Audiobooks and Podcasts aren’t available to download on desktop browser.

Downloads won't play

First, check the download status. The blue checkmark indicates a successful download.

Note: You need to re-download your books after reinstalling the app.

Downloads unexpectedly removed

  • You can only download to a maximum of 3 separate devices. If you download audiobooks on a 4th device, downloads are automatically removed from the device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time.
  • Your account needs to go online at least once every 30 days.
  • Reinstalling the app removes any downloads.
  • Logging out of the app removes any downloads.
  • Check if your Anyplay app needs updating.
  • Check if there's a problem with your SD card (if your device has one).
  • Check that the content is still available on Anyplay.
If your audiobooks won't stay downloaded to your device, we recommend reinstalling the app before downloading the tracks again.
