If you have any issues with the app, these steps can fix it:
- Restart the Anyplay app
- Log out and back in
- Make sure the app is up-to-date
- Check it’s not in Offline mode in settings
- Close any other apps you’re not using
- Reinstall the app
Didn’t work?
If you’re still having issues, see if it’s the same on a different device, or with the web player. If it’s not the same there, it’s likely an issue with your device:
- Check your device is supported and up to date
- Your device should have at least 250MB available memory
- You may need to perform further troubleshooting with the device's manufacturer
