Can't play Anyplay

If you have any issues with the app, these steps can fix it:

  • Restart the Anyplay app
  • Log out and back in
  • Make sure the app is up-to-date
  • Check it’s not in Offline mode in settings
  • Close any other apps you’re not using
  • Reinstall the app

Didn’t work?

If you’re still having issues, see if it’s the same on a different device, or with the web player. If it’s not the same there, it’s likely an issue with your device:

  • Check your device is supported and up to date
  • Your device should have at least 250MB available memory
  • If you’re listening on desktop, check your firewall isn’t blocking Anyplay
  • You may need to perform further troubleshooting with the device's manufacturer
