Web purchase

If you purchased Anyplay Plus on our website, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page
2. Navigate to Account and click Manage subscription.
3. Scroll to Anyplay Free and click Cancel Anyplay Plus
4. Continue through to the confirmation message.

Your account page now shows the date your plan will change to Anyplay Free. You can continue to use Anyplay Plus until then.

When your plan changes to Anyplay Free, you can still log in, play podcasts and access all your saved playlists.
